Ronaldo's goal against Udinese also marked his 200th appearance in Serie A for Juventus, making him only the second player ever to reach this milestone, after Alessandro Del Piero.
The 36-year-old forward has been in stunning form this season, scoring 28 goals in just 25 games, and has already broken several records for Juventus. His goal against Udinese was his 17th of the season, breaking the previous record of 16 held by Francesco Totti.
Ronaldo's record-breaking performance comes as Juventus continue to dominate Serie A, sitting top of the table with 41 points from 16 matches. The Italian giants have won all but one of their games this season, with their only defeat coming in a 2-1 loss to AC Milan.
Ronaldo's incredible form has not gone unnoticed, and he has been named the Serie A Player of the Month for September. He is currently tied with Lionel Messi for the top spot in the FIFA World Player of the Year award, with both players having scored 17 goals so far this season.
